Hello Readers.

Welcome to my Blogs! My name is Daniel Chongthu. I am a web developer (fullstack) by profession who is passionate about technologies, foods, travelling, writing, and learning new things. 

I started this blogging account as a project for my digital marketing specialization internship program. I developed passion for digital marketing ever since I heard about it. I have a passion for research, analysis, content development, finding new things, communicating, marketing, keeping up with trends and of course web development. Digital Marketing pretty much sums up all my passions and interests hence, I thought why only pursue one goal when I can pursue it all, have all those interesting things to work on, therefore I left my IT job as a full stack web developer to dive deep into the world of digital marketing and start a profession,

Digital marketing is all about being in the front line, getting recognized, reaching out, connecting, getting engaged and being found, therefore through my blogs, I want NE to be found. 

About my Blogs, I will be writing about the North Eastern region of India. I have decided to blog about NE (North East) region because it is a lovely and mysteriously wonderful place where I grew up, my roots and my upbringing. I feel NE is still not ADEQUATELY know to the world especially in India even though NE is getting popular day by day compared to yester years. I am proud that people have started to notice and recognized this beautiful region which is full of mystery uniquely molded mother nature therefore, I want to contribute as well through my blogs.

I will start by writing about Meghalaya, Garo Hills and other regions as well but I want to let you know that I am going to start small and then cover as much topics about the whole NE region. I will be developing contents based on places, foods, folk tales, culture and any other topics solely related to the NE region. I look forward to writing unique and interesting contents to keeps everyone engaged. However, I do not claim to be an expert so please feel free to correct my misunderstandings. I request you all to be positive and not to be harsh.

Abundant Cultures of Northeastern states

Rich and mind-blowing cultures of the Northeastern states that you must witness. 1. History Kamarupa was the first kingdom ruling over the northeast that existed from 350 CE to 1140 CE before getting dethroned by the Ahom Kingdom. Ngamtok from Arunachal Pradesh The meaty preparation is an amazing dish that hails from the Nocte tribal community residing in Arunachal Pradesh. The uniqueness of Ngamtok comes from its cooking technique - with the help of hot stones. Stones are heated and put directly into the meat. The recipe uses ingredients such as ginger, garlic, local peppers, chilli, coriander and basil leaves.
